About Me
I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Following my graduation, I went directly into my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Throughout graduate school, I provided therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in outpatient, school, and home-based settings through the Bette D. Harris Child and Family Clinic and the Family Institute’s Community program. Upon graduating from Northwestern, I worked in outpatient anxiety centers across the Chicagoland area to refine my skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence based treatments.

As a Chicago native who grew up on the North Shore, I have a deep understanding, and appreciation, of the challenges that kids in these communities face on a daily basis. My mission is to blend my expertise in evidence based practices with my integrative, systemic, and strength’s based foundation to provide high quality, individualized, action-oriented care to children and their families.
When I am not with my clients, you can find me scoping out new restaurants all over the city, finding a country music concert to attend, and spending time with family and friends (preferably in the sunshine but will be in Chicago with my people for the foreseeable future!)
